Rock City Tattoo is owned and operated by tattooer, Lila Rees.  Lila is a licensed tattoo artist (in Vermont and New Hampshire), and is featured in many national publications.  The shop is designed for a comfortable, private, relaxing experience, where you will feel at home.  Lila offers custom design work, together we can turn your ideas into an original tattoo.  Cover ups and repairs are a specialty.  
Lila also provides permanent makeup application, expertly applied, using 7 years make up experience, along with 7 years tattoo experience, using the industry's most up to date pigments and anesthetics.

Due to the nature of my business, appointments are strongly suggested.  
Appointments can be scheduled Tuesday - Saturday, 11-7.
